SIPLACE Productivity Lane:
the extra track for parallel manufacturing

The Productivity Lane is a third track on which PCBs can be routed through the placement machine without being populated. Since the boards can bypass one or more machines in the sequentially arranged line, it opens the door to virtual parallel production. As a result, your production becomes more flexible, particularly since the Productivity Lane can route boards without interrupting the production of the machines being bypassed.

Similar to the well-known SIPLACE Productivity Lift, the SIPLACE Productivity Lane lets you make the best possible use of your manufacturing capacity. For example, you can use the Productivity Lane to route only certain boards that require odd shapes or unusual components to a special machine.

You can also use the third track of the Productivity Lane to avoid time-consuming line configurations in high-mix environments.
