SIPLACE DX field test at Kaifa

ASM Assembly Systems has started field-testing its new SIPLACE DX placement machine platform. To focus on specific user requirements, the SIPLACE team worked from the very start of the design and development process with companies like Kaifa Technology in Shenzhen, China, and continues this cooperation now with extensive field tests to fine-tune the new platform.

First Sold SIPLACE DX line to GOTO Digital Technology CO. Ltd

Shenzhen GOTO Digital Technology Co. Ltd invested in two SIPLACE DX lines for its rising order for mobile phones. The machine sales contract was singed in Jan 2011 and it is the first SIPLACE DX line in the world the SIPLACE team sold to a customer. The SIPLACE Team managed to develop a solution that exactly meets the customer's requirement and created value at both sides.
