Our worldwide Training Centers feature trainers with many years of experience in electronics manufacturing who know how to convey their knowledge with intensive hands-on training as well as with the latest methods and media. Our Training Centers also work closely with makers of peripheral equipment (printers, reflow ovens, etc.) and with many academic institutions.

Basic Training

The basic training is for inexperienced people focuses on operating, programming and maintaining SIPLACE placement solutions. These courses explain the structure and the basic principles of the hardware and software involved. Graduates will be able to operate SIPLACE placement machines efficiently and to create their own placement programs and machine setups.

Advanced Training

These courses convey the knowledge needed to maximize the availability, throughput and accuracy of SIPLACE placement solutions. Graduates will be familiar with the structure and functionality of SIPLACE placement machines. They will also be able to perform maintenance, calibrations and small repairs. Graduates of the SIPLACE vision training course will be able to support NPI processes by defining new component shapes.

Expert Training

After completing our expert training courses, your employees will be able to adapt SIPLACE placement solutions to your specific production processes and requirements. They will also be able to analyze hardware problems, install replacement parts and make required adjustments on the machines. Other areas covered include the functionality and benefits of additional conveyors and component feeders.
