i-Placement

 

With i-Placement, the two 20-nozzle high-speed Collect&Place heads covering a placement area don't take turns, but operate fully independently and populate a single PCB each. This increases the machine’s speed even further and opens up completely new setup capabilities.

 

Combined PCB

 

The SIPLACE X4i puts an end to wasting non-productive time when boards with relatively few components have to be processed. With a single mouse click, you can now push two boards together and move them into the placement area as a virtual single board. Separating them is just as easy. Combined PCB lets you take full advantage of the SIPLACE X4i's exceptionally high speed to significantly improve your total line productivity.

 

Productivity Lane

 

You already know how the dual conveyor system can maximize your line productivity in synchronous or asynchronous mode. With its Productivity Lane, the SIPLACE X4i takes another step forward, because it uses a third track in the center to move boards through the machine without processing them.
