With its wide component spectrum ranging from 0201 to
27 x 27 mm and component heights up to 8.5 mm, the SIPLACE 6-nozzle Collect&Place head is used for the flexible production of low and medium-sized volumes as well as to provide relief for end-of-line applications. The head is able to place 99.5 percent of today’s components. Standard features include a head-mounted, high-resolution digital vision system, vacuum sensors, force sensors and PCB camber control. Short nozzles/sleeves, nozzle changers and a broad portfolio of special nozzles enhance the application spectrum for our proven 6-nozzle Collect&Place head.
