SIPLACE solutions are designed to deliver the highest level of performance on the factory floor. Unlike many other equipment makers, SIPLACE advertises not only theoretical performance ratings, but SIPLACE benchmark ratings and ratings in accordance with the IPC standard. The IPC standard is a non-proprietary ratings standard that is measured with a standardized glass board and delivers valuable data for comparing placement solutions from different manufacturers.
The IPC rating is based on the non-proprietary requirements of the IPC 9850 standard as published by the Association Connecting Electronics Industries.
The SIPLACE benchmark rating is measured as part of the machine acceptance process and corresponds to the requirements of the official SIPLACE specifications.
Maximum theoretical rating
The maximum theoretical rating is computed on the basis of the best theoretically possible conditions for each machine type and configuration in accordance with common industry practices.
